Shipping Charges: Australia Wide

Heera Collections will charge a fixed fee of $10.00 upto two items. Further purchases made, will require additional fees subject to the types of pieces bought. This will apply to local freight and major cities around Australia. Note that if your postal address is located in a regional areas, that an extra charge may incur.

SHIPPING CHARGES : INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Shipping overseas (beyond Australia) will also be charged. Heera Collections will charge $30.00 for the first item and will require an additional fee for additional products bought (above 1 item). This applied to all shipping outside Australia. Customers will need to note that import duties or customs duties to their country will be borne by the customer. If the courier charges are higher than $30.00 our admin will send you an email with your order details and the proposed courier charges to your destination. You will then have to accept those charges and they will added to the invoice total.

Shipping Information :

All orders will be dispatched by Australia Post with tracking numbers. Your order will be tracked by our admin staff. If a customer needs to get in touch with us in regards with estimated time arrival of their order, please email heeracollectionsaustrali@gmail.com. Customers will receive an email or text immediately upon despatch of their order. This email will contain shipping details.

All standard shipping orders in stock will be dispatched within 1-2 days from receiving the order. Pre order items may take 4-6 weeks before shipping.

You can place an order online and pick up from our studio
- When checking out in the cart, please choose the option of Click and Collect
- Simply come and pick up
- Your order will be held for a maximum of 28 days
- Please note your ORDER will not be posted out if the Click and Collect Option has been chosen.
